Every year BCG (The Boston Consulting Agency) makes retreats for its teams. This one was about what is the key ingredient that leads us to success.
Based on this theme, I created a logo and image that translated each word
literally. The word secret is represented with a closed lock, Ingredient with a salt shaker and the success with a star.
With the same logic as IBM logo from designer Paul Rand, I created a graphic line for the retreats to come, based on icons and its literal and symbolic meaning.
