Every year BCG (The Boston Consulting Agency) makes retreats for its teams. This year's retreat is about what motivates us and what makes us get out of bed every day. The title - What drives you?.

Based on this theme, I created a logo and image that translated the title literally but also from the perspective of the dream.

The Rocket as a logo represents the "reaching further" and the quest for constant success.
